Janice Lorrah

Legislative Counsel

A persuasive and successful civil litigator with more than 20 years’ experience, Janice has a true passion for representing clients before administrative agencies and in the courtroom. Janice is a graduate of The College of New Jersey and Rutgers- Camden Law School where she was a member of the Law Review Editorial Board. After graduating from law school in the top 5 percent of her class, Janice was a clerk for the Honorable Stanley S. Brotman in the Federal District Court of New Jersey and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Following her clerkship, Janice practiced civil litigation in Philadelphia, PA and Denver, CO. She is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Montana and has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous other states. Janice currently makes her home in Delaware with her husband and daughter. A firm believer of being the change you want to see in the world, Janice is an active member of various charities and civic organizations within her community, including starting a donation drive to collect toiletries, art supplies, and holiday cards for residents of assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.
