Harold Franklin has been in private practice since July 1991. He has handled cases in the following areas: Tort law/Personal Injury, Employment law, Family law-adoptions, Criminal law, Corporate law, Immigration law, Sports law and Wills and Probate.
Harold has been a King County Court Commissioner Pro Tem. since September 2018 and a member of the Panel of Arbitrators for King County Department of Mandatory Arbitration.
From December 2007 to 2011 he was a Claims Examiner for the U.S. Department of Labor and from 1999 to 2006 he was an Assistant Business Professor at Northwest University, Kirkland, WA.
He has been a Pastor at New Creation Christian Center in Seattle since 2008 and he is eligible to sit for the CPA exam.
