Russell Davis acquired his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University on December 1994. Previously, he attended the City College of New York with a degree in the Bachelor of Arts, Economics & Political Science.
His legal experience began in the law offices of Charles Schwartz in 1996 where he worked as an associate counsel with his main area being personal injury. He then started is own firm called the Law Offices of Russell Davis where his main practice area became real estate law. He later joined Pacific Justice Institute in 2020 where he was an affiliate and now a staff attorney with a practice in religious liberties.
His other business experiences include working as the general manager and owner of Mission Munchies where he actively developed, promoted and marketed a local bakery. Shortly after, he founded Red Bluff Ford where he developed and implemented new strategies for customer service and satisfaction contributing to significant growth. Later in 1990, he worked as a general manager at Best Western Financial working in hiring, training, and supervising loan agents. He originated and underwrote residential and commercial loans where he soon became the top producer of real estate loans while attending law school.
