PJI to Defend Lake Elsinore in Atheist Lawsuit Against Veterans Memorial

Lake Elsinore, CA–The Washington, D.C. based American Humanist Association has filed suit—announced today—against the City of Lake Elsinore, California, over a proposed war memorial.  Pacific Justice Institute is pleased to represent the City in this case, and we are confident that its actions were appropriate and constitutional.

PJI has previously defeated atheist lawsuits against other American traditions, such as the national motto and prayer at presidential inaugurations, and we look forward to vigorously defending both the City and the brave men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms.
