PJI Statement on Harris vs. Quinn Ruling

Washington D.C.–Pacific Justice Institute released the following statement from Brad Dacus, President of PJI, on the United States Supreme Court ruling in Harris V. Quinn:

“While this Supreme Court decision is relatively narrow, we salute the court for not extending Abood to apply to situations that were not dealing with true public employees. The court properly recognized the difference between a traditional public employee who works in an office and an inpidual who is being compensated for caring for their disabled relative at home.”
