Gerald Morgan joins PJI after almost twenty years of practicing as a litigator. Gerald initially began his practice for a real estate firm in the St. Louis area. From there, he joined a creditor’s rights firm, representing large banks and lending institutions in Missouri, Illinois, Nebraska and
Kansas.
In 2012, Gerald and his family moved from St. Louis to the Nashville, Tennessee area, where he lives today. Gerald has represented large corporations, governmental entities, construction companies, realtors, and numerous individuals. He has handled employment disputes,
construction defect cases, and many other types of litigation.
Gerald and his wife have homeschooled all four of their children, one of whom is in college, with the others following closely behind.
Gerald attended Harding University in Arkansas and Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri. He has a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies, a Masters in Educational Administration. He is a member of the Tennessee State Bar and the United States District Court Bar for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee.
